Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 8, 2008, Orthofix International N.V. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding a federal False Claims Act, or qui tam, complaint filed against the Company and its Blackstone Medical, Inc. subsidiary on September 29, 2006 that was unsealed on December 5, 2008 by the United States District Court of Massachusetts. A
