ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On November 14, 2005 Servotronics, Inc. issued a press release announcing its
financial results for the period ended September 30, 2005. The press release is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
