On February 5, 2019, the Board of Directors (the Board) of SkyWest, Inc. (the Company) approved a share repurchase plan, pursuant to which the Company is authorized to repurchase up to $250 million of the Companys common stock. The Company is authorized to repurchase such shares of common stock at prevailing market prices in the open market, in privately negotiated transactions or by other means in accordance with federal securities laws. Depending on market conditions and other factors, such repurchases may commence or be suspended from time to time by management without prior notice. The actual timing, number and value of shares repurchased will be determined by the Companys management in its discretion. This authorization supersedes the Boards previous share repurchase plan approved in February 2017, which authorized the repurchase of up to $100 million of the Companys common stock, of which approximately $21 million remained.
