This Report on Form 6-K contains Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations and the unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements, and the accompanying notes thereto, for the six-month period ended June 30, 2018 of Scorpio Tankers Inc. (the “Company”), which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
