CEO Share Buyback
On December 8, 2016, in a transaction approved by a Special Committee of the Board of Directors, the Company purchased 40,000 shares of its common stock directly from the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Charles F. Willis. The purchase price was $24.95 per share, the closing price of the Company’s common stock as of December 8, 2016 of $25.46 less a 2% discount.
