Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On September 14, 2016, TE Connectivity Ltd. (the “Company”) granted 3,990 restricted stock units (“RSUs”) under the TE Connectivity Ltd. 2007 Stock and Incentive Plan to Mario Calastri, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Treasurer.  The RSUs were granted to Mr. Calastri in connection with his prior service as Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company.  The RSUs will vest on the second anniversary of the grant date.
