Chase Corporation announced on October 23, 2014 that, as part of the Company’s succession plan, effective with its annual shareholders meeting scheduled for February 3, 2015, and subject to final board approval at that time, Adam P. Chase, its current President and Chief Operating Officer will be named Chief Executive Officer and Peter R. Chase, its current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will be named Executive Chairman.
