(b) TE Connectivity Ltd. (the “Company”) announced on April 12, 2012 that its Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Robert A. Scott, is retiring from the Company effective as of December 31, 2012, and that Mr. Scott will continue in his current capacity until his successor, John S. Jenkins, has joined the Company, anticipated to occur in October 2012.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company on April 18, 2012 regarding Mr. Scott’s retirement and Mr. Jenkins’ appointment is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
