On March 19, 2008 Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods sold 100% stake of its Georgian subsidiary - Georgian Foods LLC. Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods kept its presence in Georgia via its subsidiary Wimm-Bill-Dann OJSC that holds 100% stake of Wimm-Bill-Dann Georgia LLC.
