WBD Foods (hereinafter “the Company”) reports the following change in its share in the charter capital of the Company’s subsidiary entity – “Kiev Dairy Plant No. 3” OJSC:

 

The Company’s share in the charter capital of the subsidiary entity before the change – 83.04%

The Company’s share in the charter capital of the subsidiary entity after the change – 94.88%

Effective date of the change of the Company’s share in the charter capital of the subsidiary entity:  November 2, 2004.

The current aggregate share of the Company and its subsidiaries in the charter capital of the subsidiary entity - 98.43%
