On September 6, 2013 International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. (the “Company”) filed the technical report titled “Canadian National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report on the Livengood Gold Project, Feasibility Study, Livengood, Alaska”, dated September 4, 2013, under the Company’s profile on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) pursuant to the requirements of Canadian National Instrument 43-101. The technical report is also available on the Company’s website at www.ithmines.com.

On September 9, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing the filing of the technical report. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
