On July 13, 2016, ONEOK, Inc. (ONEOK) and ONEOK Partners, L.P. (ONEOK Partners) announced they will release their second-quarter 2016 earnings after the market closes on August 2, 2016, and will hold a joint conference call and live webcast at 10 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (9 a.m. Central Daylight Time) on August 3, 2016. The call also will be carried live on the ONEOK and ONEOK Partners websites. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
