Philly Pops files federal antitrust lawsuit against Philadelphia Orchestra and Kimmel Center

The lawsuit, filed in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Thursday, alleges that the Philadelphia Orchestra and Kimmel Center engaged in "anticompetitive and predatory conduct" to force the Pops out of business.
