Halyna Hutchins was 18 inches away from gun Alec Baldwin was holding, crew member says

"Rust" special effects coordinator Thomas Gandy revealed Halyna Hutchins was about 18 inches away from the muzzle of the revolver that fired. He confirmed Alec Baldwin and the cinematographer had been working on an insert where the actor would point the gun directly at the camera.
