What makes the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant different? Inclusion of aggregated emotional response ratings in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation create a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product from the software users’ point of view. SoftwareReviews calls this insight the Net Emotional Footprint.

UiPath RPA Platform, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +90, has scored top product in product strategy and rate of improvement, ease of customization, availability and quality of training, ease of implementation, distributed work, role-based access, action logging, and user libraries. JIFFY.ai, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +97, performed well overall, receiving top product in vendor support, and performance monitoring. Automation Anywhere with a Net Emotional Footprint of +88, earned high scores in action logging, unsupervised work, and concurrent work. Automate Plus also receives a special mention, earning the top spot in five vendor capabilities and four in product features, including ease of data integration & central deployment.

In general, Robotic Process Automation software users were most satisfied with central deployment and role-based action– and were most dissatisfied with real-time debugging.
