Global Research Society, LLC Relocates Headquarters to Colorado Springs, Colorado

Research firm provides geopolitical and international business strategy analysis, risk assessment, and custom research to maximize client opportunities in advanced manufacturing, energy, healthcare, financial services, and technology.

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, June 25, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The executives of Global Research Society, LLC have announced the relocation of its headquarters to Colorado Springs, Colorado. Originally domiciled in Michigan in 2017, the organization provides geopolitical and international business strategy analysis, risk assessment, and custom research to maximize client opportunities in select sectors. "We decided to move our headquarters to Colorado most notably because of the advanced manufacturing, energy, healthcare, financial services, and technology industries established in the state," said Professor Bryan Christiansen who is the firm's Chairman and President.

"Our decision is based on research over the past year with firms such as Bloomberg, International Data Corporation (IDC), IRI, McKinsey & Company, and the World Economic Forum which encompasses the potential long-term effects of the COVID-19 pandemic," continued Christiansen who began his international business career in China in 1985.

A former IBMer and American Express Financial Advisor, Christiansen is fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish and has extensive exposure to Russian and Turkish via his 25-year residence abroad. He has given academic presentations on business subjects in numerous institutions such as University of Oxford in the United Kingdom and most recently at Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina. Christiansen was a Colorado resident during his boyhood years in Westcliffe where his father taught 6th Grade in the 1960s and 1970s after retiring as a Captain in the US Navy as an intelligence officer in World War II and Korea.

A member of the Academy of International Business and the Project Management Institute (PMI), Christiansen has authored 30 highly indexed and cited Reference books and journal articles on business-, economics-, and technology-related subjects that are available at top universities worldwide such as Cambridge and Harvard. Some of the most notable examples include citations of his work at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in a published 600-page PhD dissertation in 2016 on Mars exploration systems, and a separate journal article on the Mars One program. His work has also been cited in similar Chinese, Finnish, Japanese, Polish, Russian, Spanish, and Turkish publications.

Christiansen's professional background exemplifies the type of activities the Global Research Society seeks: 1) establishing a semiconductor manufacturing firm in Turkey for an American client; 2) developing a marketing strategy plan for a US firm operating in the foreign oil & gas industry throughout the Former Soviet Union; 3) implementing an ERP system for Dell Computer in Japan; 4) designing a logistics program in Kazakhstan; 5) revamping a Swedish software company's global distribution system to effectively service its Fortune 500 clients; 6) submitting a research proposal to the US Army's Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences; and 7) leading the translation of a US financial services software program from English into Japanese for the Japanese marketplace.

Project team members are highly experienced in different research methodologies, are usually multilingual, possess advanced degrees, and have solid backgrounds in one or more of the five target industries mentioned above. Additional expertise includes artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, education and training, media, and supply chain management.

The society has approximately 7,500 contacts worldwide for academic publication as well as projects and new business development efforts. Future plans include establishing the organization as a publishing house and expanding its current presence via offices in Asia and Europe, most likely in Amsterdam, London, Singapore, and Tokyo.
