ATLANTA - May 22, 2020 - (Newswire.com)

LifeBrite is one of the country’s leading healthcare companies. This company aims to deliver reliable medical services to patients.

Today, CEO Christian Fletcher Atlanta-led LifeBrite has taken ownership of a South Georgia Hospital & Nursing Home from ‘Pioneer Health Services’, located in Early County. And this recently acquired rural hospital was renamed with its present owner’s brand.

LifeBrite Community Hospital of Early’ from today forward will offer medical support up to 25 critical patients along with over a hundred nursing home patients. Walking inside the hospital, things might appear different as significant changes have been made.

Ginger Cushing, the administrator of this local hospital, is someone attentive to the hospital’s past and present operations. She reminisces her early days in this same hospital building by saying, “I started working here in 2008. I was a staff nurse in the emergency room.”

She has been an employee of this hospital for years. She was employed when ‘Pioneer’ took ownership in 2010. She said, “I just feel maybe some of the other hospitals weren’t performing as well.” Although she didn’t utter her grudge against the company as she was working under them for many years.

I also feel like the electronic medical record, in combination with sequestration was just a triple whammy,” added the hospital administrator.

Ms. Ginger further explained, “This hospital has been able to hold its own and if it weren’t able to hold its own, then we wouldn’t have been able to have gotten through this and eventually be sold to a really good company.”

Christian Fletcher’s LifeBrite formally took ownership of this South Georgia Hospital & Nursing Home on Wednesday.

The rural hospital’s administration was quoted saying, “They have some strategic plans and goals that I feel will make this hospital more efficient and profitable.” And some of their strategic plans include -

  • investment in an efficient medical record system,
  • sufficient on-site control,
  • adopt new technologies,
  • create ample space for regional lab-testing solutions.

LifeBrite has successfully expanded its testing operations beyond Atlanta.

The hospital administrator continued, “Our lab only did laboratory testing for our physician office and the patients in-house, the nursing home and emergency room. Now we’re going to market to these other facilities and hopefully see the benefits from them.”
