Rodgers brings with him over 25 years of law enforcement experience, which culminated in his service as Deputy Superintendent of the New Jersey State Police before he retired and formed his private, public safety consulting and training company, The Rodgers Group.

The direct partnership allows EDS' administrative services and scheduling software, and The Rodgers Group's consulting and training programs to gain further national attention from public safety professionals around the world. Both organizations will actively cross-promote and further build lasting relationships across the public safety community.

When asked about the collaboration, Extra Duty Solutions, CEO, Rich Milliman quoted:

"It has been my mission since day one to provide public safety professionals with the most reputable and trusted resources to enhance their operations further. Since founding EDS, I have found value in surrounding myself with well-respected law enforcement veterans who inherit a deep understanding of the public safety industry. By teaming with Frank Rodgers and the Rodgers Group, those relationships have been taken to the next level. Having access to a great mind and leader like Frank is an absolute honor, and we're thrilled to have him as an extension of our team."
