Sukru Murat Cebeci, Chief Technology Officer

Although trained as a nuclear engineer and a physicist, Mr Cebeci loves teaching and has shifted his major focus to education since becoming the founder president of The Gifted and Talented Institute of Turkey. Due to his broad background he has given varied lessons such as astrophysics, aeronautics, bioinformatics, cryptology, criminology, robotics and coding to gifted K-12 students in Turkey, South Korea and United States. He has also taught graduate students in Bahcesehir University on Critical Thinking Skills in Gifted Education.

He instructed teachers in Gifted and Talented Teacher Training Programs jointly given by University of California, Irvine and Gifted and Talented Institute of Turkey.

While instructing in teacher training programs on creativity with faculty from The Torrance Center for Creativity & Talent Development, University of Georgia, he realized the need for an easier and cheaper way of creativity assessment. Creativity is seen as the leading 21st century skill by the United Nations, however majority of the schools globally do not use any creativity measurement due to economics and lack of trained personnel.

Since 2014 he has been developing Cebeci Test of Creativity (CTC) with academic support from the International Center for Studies in Creativity at Buffalo State, State University of New York. CTC is a new creativity assessment tool which is designed from scratch to be evaluated by artificial intelligence. CTC is now a part of Renzulli Learning and will be used to assess and then develop creativity of young and adult individuals.

Mr Cebeci holds a B.S. Nuclear Energy Engineer from Hacettepe University and M.S. Atomic and Molecular Physics, Medical Drug Design using AI from Fatih University.
