Right Steps has become a Certified Autism Center™ (CAC), which is a designation granted by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). The designation means that staff members have completed an autism-specific training and certification program through IBCCES that is internationally recognized.
Right Steps provides in-home and in-clinic therapy services to individuals in South Carolina. Those services include speech and language therapy services, occupational therapy services, and physical therapy services.

Right Steps operates as a multidisciplinary team, meaning that all the therapists work together to assess each child’s abilities, develop collaborative goals, and implement appropriate interventions. Their team strives to build partnerships with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure that the child’s needs are effectively met. For eligible children, Right Steps, LLC also provides a small language learning preschool to assist children experiencing difficulty with meeting developmental milestones.
For almost 20 years, IBCCES has been the industry leader in cognitive disorder training and certification for education, healthcare, and corporate professionals around the globe. IBCCES provides evidence-based training and certification programs created in conjunction with clinical experts and individuals with autism in order to provide professionals serving individuals with cognitive disorders a better understanding of what these disorders are, industry best practices, and the latest research in these areas.
