One Call Claims, LLC Announces New Executive Management Additions/Promotions and Corporate Office Move

​​One Call Claims LLC (OCC), a national provider of both daily and catastrophe claims adjusting services, is pleased to announce two promotions, two additions to its executive management team, and the relocation of its headquarters to Dallas, Texas.

Kristi Smoot, formerly Chief Marketing Officer for One Call Claims, has been named as President. With over 30 years of experience in both the insurance claims and construction industries, Kristi’s industry knowledge and experience are a perfect fit to lead the One Call Claims team into the future.  Kristi’s background as a licensed contractor and construction expert coupled with her love of the adjusting profession and entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found OCC in 2012. 

Tonya Magalei, formerly Director of Adjuster Relations, has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. Tonya has been a member of the One Call Claims team since 2016 and she brings 25 years of Business Management experience to her new role as VP of Operations. Tonya’s ability to hear a vision and implement processes and procedures to bring it to life creates endless opportunities for the growth and structure of OCC today and into the future.

Pamela Reed joins OCC as its Vice President of Business Development. With over 25 years of experience in the Insurance Claims industry, Pamela is a wealth of knowledge and has extensive Industry resources that have proven invaluable to many adjusters whom she has mentored. Pamela’s industry insight, drive and focus on building relationships aligns with the One Call Claims’ vision and will be vital to the continued growth of the business.

Todd Farmer joins OCC as its Vice President of Claims/IT. Todd brings over 20 years of industry experience to One Call Claims. Todd’s career began in the Estimating Software segment of the Claims business and he later transitioned to the Independent Adjusting sector where he solidified his calling in Claims Operations Management. Todd’s approach to managing the Claims process and his ability to mentor other Claims professionals will be key to the continued success of One Call Claims.

In addition to the changes/additions to the Executive Management Team, One Call Claims, LLC has announced the move of its corporate office to Dallas, Texas. Branch locations in Phoenix, Arizona, and Mobile, Alabama, will continue to be staffed.
