Family Physicians Group (FPG) has served patients in Central Florida with comprehensive, preventative and proactive health care services for more than 30 years. Today, its footprint includes 24 senior-focused primary care centers located in Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties.

Most recently, La-Tour served as Humana’s Senior Vice President of Home Care Operations, leading Humana At Home, where she was responsible for all in home and telephonic care management addressing the social determinant, behavioral health and clinical needs of Humana’s Medicare Advantage members.
FPG, along with Partners in Primary Care, makes up Humana’s Care Delivery Organization, a rapidly growing payer agnostic primary care business with more than 40 primary care centers located in Florida, Kansas, South Carolina, North Carolina and Texas.
