Napolitano has also held senior roles as CFO, COO and CEO for public and private companies that disrupted large markets, such as Paradata, Blekko (acquired by IBM Watson) and Computer Access Technology Corp (acquired by LeCroy Corp).

De Frenchi joins Propel from BoardVantage, where she was the Global Head of Customer Success and Sales. During her time at BoardVantage, the company grew from $0 to $50M in revenue with over 2,000 customers and a 97 percent retention rate. De Frenchi's previous experience includes senior positions in sales, marketing and customer success at Veeva, Interwoven and Genesys.

Serrin joins Propel from Stryker Corporation, where he was the Solution Architect and Program Manager responsible for implementing and supporting global PLM, quality management systems and digital projects. He brings deep domain expertise on the development, compliance and commercialization of medical device products, along with providing high-quality support in launching new products. Serrin's previous experience includes senior positions in enterprise software solutions with companies such as Agile Software, Oracle and PTC.
