Novack and Macey LLP is pleased to announce that Elizabeth C. Wolicki and Brian E. Cohen have been promoted to the position of Partner, effective Jan. 1, 2020.

Elizabeth concentrates her practice on commercial litigation involving real estate, breach of contract, trade secrets, partnership disputes, and antitrust matters. She represents individuals and businesses of all sizes in complex cases in federal and state courts and before arbitrators throughout the country. Elizabeth is a member of Novack and Macey's Women's Initiatives Group, a group dedicated to the professional development and advancement of the firm's female attorneys. Elizabeth graduated from Princeton University and received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
Brian focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including cases involving contract disputes, restrictive covenants, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition, consumer class action defense, and business torts. He represents a wide range of clients, including some of the world’s largest companies to private business owners, closely held companies and startups. Brian is a member of Novack and Macey’s Real Estate and Legal Malpractice groups and sits on the firm’s Marketing Committee. Brian received his B.A. from Northwestern University, M.A. from DePaul University and his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
