This 2-horsepower motor is compatible with 480V AC three-phase 60Hz and offers 2.7 FLA at high. This unit features a NEMA 56HC motor frame and is Class F insulation rated.
The EXP-MTR-3P-480-2HP-1.5K-56C explosion-proof motor is rated for use in Class I, Division 1, Groups C and D; and Class II, Division 1, Groups F and G hazardous locations. This unit is thermally protected and operates with 480V AC three-phase 60Hz. This motor is rated IP55 and features an ambient temperature rating of 50˚C.
Larson Electronics’ 2-horsepower explosion-proof motor offers 2.7 full-load amps at high with 86.5% full-load efficiency and can generate 1,500 RPM. This fully enclosed and fan-cooled motor comes equipped with aluminum endshields and 24” of +2/-0 leads for completing electrical connections. This unit also comes with an unassembled aluminum conduit box.
This unit features a C-face flange and foot mounting components for easy mounting. Suitable applications include explosion-proof and hazardous work areas, industrial facilities, mixers, pumps, conveyors and more.
