ABOUT JUSTIN DRACH

An Illinois native, Justin Drach spent 10 years as a Naval aviator, including a tour of duty in the Iraq War. After service, he earned his law degree and quickly established a prominent practice in Florida. His expertise—battling involuntary commitment carried out by the psychiatric industry under the state’s notorious Baker Act. Justin cut his teeth on a case involving the son of a close friend who had been illegally detained and who Justin got released.
