Army inks deal with Blink-182 founder for UFO, weapons research

The U.S. Army has signed a contract with To The Stars Academy, owned by punk rocker Tom DeLonge, who is a founding member of Blink-182, for work to exploit UFO technology for the development of weapons platforms.
