On deadline day for the USDA, few workers relocate to KC

Two of the department's divisions were set to open in the metro area starting Tuesday. However, the government has yet to select a site for the new office, posted job openings have yet to be filled, and a number of current workers have delayed relocation or aren't coming at all.
