InCorp Registered Agent Services Company Sponsors Third Annual Teddy Bear Tea

InCorp Services, Inc., a registered agent services company based in Las Vegas, NV, is proud to announce that they will be a sponsor for the upcoming Teddy Bear Tea from 2:00 to 4:00 PM on Sunday, December 16, 2018, at the Waldorf Astoria Resort and Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. The Third Annual Teddy Bear Tea will be held in the holiday-decorated Waldorf Astoria ballroom. Culinary delights will be served for both children and adults. Planned activities for participants include making gingerbread men, snowflakes, music and dancing. Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, and Rabbi Benny as Mensch on a Bench will also be in attendance. All children will receive a teddy bear gift that they can bring home with them.

Karla Vazquez from InCorp says, “This will be for a good cause. Participation in this event will help raise funds to assist families to offset the financial costs that surround the crisis of losing a child.”

The Teddy Bear Tea event was developed by The Unforgettables Foundation of Southern Nevada, which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Their mission is to help low-income families give their children a dignified burial, empower communities to memorialize children who have died, educate parents and children's caregivers to confront, control and conquer the primary risks to children's health and wholeness, and encourage communities to recognize the financial trauma which is often associated with the death of a child.

The Unforgettables Foundation was established by Timothy Evans in 1999. Timothy Evans had served a decade of clinical ministry to children and their families. During that time, he helped families with the many crises they experienced surrounding the death of a child, not the least of which are the heavy financial burdens experienced by families with limited financial capability. Timothy Evans was able to establish The Unforgettables Foundation with the help of Inland Empire medical professionals, educators, social workers, bankers, attorneys, CPAs, morticians, and others.

Meanwhile, InCorp Services, Inc. is an industry leader in providing registered agent services in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. InCorp provides many additional business services, including the formation of corporation or LLC online, foreign qualification service, certificate of good standing, corporate kits, copyright protection, trademark service, and more.

Karla Vazquez explains that a registered agent, which is also known as resident agent, corporate agent or statutory agent, is designated in the articles of incorporation as someone who can accept legal documents and notifications from a state office on behalf of the corporation. All corporations and LLCs need to have a registered agent. There are only a few restrictions on who can become a registered agent but it is a good idea to find a trustworthy company when selecting a registered agent.

Karla also wants to point out that while it is possible for a businessperson to act as registered agent for his or her corporation, it is not advisable. Such a person would not have the flexibility to close the office or have flexible hours since the office must always be open in order to accept service of process. Furthermore, if there is a designated registered agent, the business person would be able to avoid the possibility of being served with legal papers in front of clients, family, neighbors or vendors. Meanwhile, if the registered agent is not reliable, the company could lose corporate or limited-liability company status and may need to pay substantial penalties.

There are many ways in which InCorp can save time for business people who have founded a corporate entity. One of these is EntityWatch, which is a proprietary technology they have developed. It is an information system that is connected to most of the state databases to provide up-to-date information on the status of the entity, including the current registered agent, filing status, and officers and directors. It can also advise corporate directors and officers on what changes need to be made in order to avoid corporate identity theft.

Tickets are now available for the Teddy Bear Tea. Those interested can visit www.tbt2018.auction-bid.org for details, directions to the event, and a full list of sponsors.
