Princeton Review Ranks Jack Welch Management Institute in Top 25

The Jack Welch Management Institute has been named one of the Top 25 Online MBA Programs for 2017 by the Princeton Review for its excellence in five areas of selection criteria: academics, selectivity, faculty, technical platforms, and career outcomes. The list is based on both surveys of administrators and currently enrolled students.

“What a tremendous honor it is to receive this designation in only our fifth year of operation at JWMI — and what a testament it is to our terrific graduates, students, and faculty, who have worked together to build our MBA program, now with more than 1,350 professionals enrolled,” said Jack Welch, founder and Executive Chairman of JWMI. "We believe we have a powerful, one-of-a-kind program at JWMI, with management principles and practices that swiftly transform careers and organizations. Making the Princeton Review's list of best online MBA programs is further affirmation that we are changing lives for the better."

"We strongly recommend the Jack Welch Management Institute as an outstanding choice for anyone considering an online MBA," said Robert Franek, Princeton Review Senior VP/Publisher. "Its program is exceptionally strong both academically and in the many ways it maximizes technology that enables students to interact with and learn from its superlative faculty and students all over the world."

The Princeton Review chose the schools for the list based on its surveys in 2016 of 90 institutions offering online MBAs and of about 3,800 students enrolled in the online MBAs, plus graduates of the online programs. Data points were weighted in more than 60 unique fields to tally the final list. In its first year under consideration, JWMI ranked 22nd on the list.

The announcement comes on the heels of JWMI’s first commencement ceremony in June of 2016, where the school celebrated the success of its graduates and the rapid growth of the school. JWMI has graduated nearly 600 working professionals since its inception and currently has over 1,350 students enrolled.

Recently named the number one most influential education brand on LinkedIn and one of the top ten business schools to watch in 2016, the Jack Welch Management Institute offers an online MBA program that is specifically designed to help solve today’s leadership crisis in the workforce.
