LONDON, May 19 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index is seen opening up 30-34 points, or 0.6 percent on Thursday, according to financial bookmakers extending the previous session's rally in tandem with gains overnight on Wall Street and in Asia, with commodity stocks helped by firm crude and metal prices.
