He received Bachelor of Business Administration in Baruch College in 1969 and took his Master in Business Administration at Adelphi University in 1979. He is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in New York, he was the Vice President of Sephardic Home in Brooklyn, and CEO of Sephardic Geriatric Foundation. He was recently elected as a Republican Committeeman in District 22 of Palm Beach County, Florida.
