Royal Helium announces another key milestone as key components are shipped to processing plant

Royal Helium CEO Andrew Davidson joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has started to ship key equipment to its Steveville Helium Processing Facility. This marks a key milestone for the company.

The Steveville plant is designed to process 15,000,000 cubic feet/day of raw gas fed by the two helium wells at Steveville, Alberta and produce 22,000 mcf of 99.999% helium per year. The purifier separates helium from the gas stream, capturing methane for power generation, liquefying CO2 for potential revenue, venting nitrogen, and producing a 99.999% pure helium stream.

Davidson telling Proactive the site preparation for the first two modules has been completed with the balance of site preparation to be completed by end of week. The remainder of the modules will ship over the next several weeks.

One other note, this plant will also produce enough fuel gas to power the plant and up to 22 million pounds of commercial CO2, which could be a another opportunity for Royal Helium.
