Roger Bendelac of Aleutian Equity Holdings LLC rejects the validity of the claim filed by the SEC

By: IssueWire

New York City, New York Jun 23, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - Roger Bendelac (RB) of Aleutian Equity Holdings LLC has recently refuted the validity of the claim that the SEC filed as a civil matter. The SEC had used the terminology of 'charges' incorrectly to describe the unproven civil allegations against RB. RB was associated with various third parties by the SEC. While RB knew some of the third parties there are many that he didn't even know in the matter of SEC vs. Trends Investments Inc. et. al. RB hereby responds to the S.E.C. Enforcement office in Boston and in his response, RB has fully rejected the false allegations made by the SEC.

Two years ago an SEC Enforcement officer named Mr. David Scheffler contacted Roger Bendelac under false representations as to the purpose of his investigation that culminated in the current SEC claim vs. Trends Investments Inc. et al. to which RB is wrongly associated based on a misinterpretation of facts and on erroneous facts.

It seems that the staff at the SEC Boston office has misused the power of the government and caused massive financial damage without processing this matter in a legal manner that protects the rights of innocent citizens. Other authorities used by the SEC have also been involved inappropriately and their role will have to be determined as to the constitutionality of the actions involved, the SEC omits key elements and is questionable as to its bias and fairness.

It is shocking that the US Government agency has attacked an innocent man and his entire family with false claims and allegations and harassed them using the FINRA organization as a tool of additional economic pressure on unproven allegations.

RB makes it clear that he had been contributing to the betterment of business for small entities and his Limited Liability Company Aleutian Equity Holdings LLC is not controlled by any third parties as claimed by the Government Agency in their press release.

RB has no connection to the private sales the SEC tries to tie him to and RB as acknowledged in the complaint has not benefited from such sales he is not a party. As to his trading, it is appropriate and violates no laws. The association made by the SEC are false and not logical if one looks at the timeline.

Mr. Roger Bendelac said, 'a constitutional court of law in the right jurisdiction, not one chosen arbitrarily and in which a jury of my peers exists will never find the allegations credible, particularly considering the false fact narrative of the SEC complaint.'

Roger Bendelac intends to clear his name in the false allegation case filed by the SEC. His fight is not just for himself but for thousands of others who need to be protected from the focus on innocent and unrelated parties and the misuse of government resources through misinterpretation of securities laws by zealous government agents that have engaged in the violation of the most basic principles of fairness and basic human rights.
