NMBL Technologies LLC Forms Alliance Agreement With Global Law Firm

NMBL Technologies LLC (pronounced “nimble”) today announced it has entered into a channel partner agreement with LX Studio, the newly formed subsidiary of the third largest law firm in the country, Norton Rose Fulbright. Through this arrangement, NMBL will provide its legal workflow management solution, Proxy, to the firm’s clients upon special terms and pricing. Norton Rose Fulbright and LX Studio are targeting a minimum of 150 clients onboarded onto Proxy by the end of 2024. The program will help strengthen attorney/client collaboration, while bolstering Proxy’s position as a secure legal technology solution that can enable legal operations and help corporate legal departments become more efficient.

The latest in a series of moves demonstrating the law firm’s commitment to innovation in the legal industry, the Proxy deal follows the launch of LX Studio last week and the opening of a Chicago-based Innovation Hub earlier this year. Proxy was selected as one of LX Studio’s initial product partners due to its strategic fit with the subsidiary’s goals of enabling digital transformation and improving client experience.

For NMBL, the alliance with LX Studio is just the latest in a string of successes that began with Proxy’s selection for the ABA Tech Show’s Start-Up Alley in 2020. Since then, Proxy’s popularity has grown, and the product now counts a number of blue chip organizations, such as the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, John Hancock’s parent Manulife, a group of Berkshire Hathaway medical device companies, and Instacart, as customers. Proxy’s value to customers stems from its ability to deliver advanced and reliable cloud-based legal technology tailor-made for corporate legal departments, in-house counsel, executives and the outside law firms that support them. Proxy empowers attorneys to track, delegate and prioritize tasks for shared legal projects while providing up to the minute status and greater transparency and accountability.

Daniel Farris, NMBL Founder and Chief Man in Suit, looks forward to delivering the comprehensive legal technology platform to Norton Rose Fulbright’s clients to help address challenges for both in-house and outside legal teams. “I am excited to expand Proxy’s reach to this renowned firm and its clients,” Farris said. “With Proxy, Norton Rose Fulbright and LX Studio will be a step ahead of their competition in terms of digital transformation, client experience, and innovation.”

As it has become clear that remote work is here to stay, Proxy is also a convenient platform that can help attorneys stay productive and on track without missing a beat.

“We are optimistic that Norton Rose Fulbright’s clients will embrace and adopt Proxy, enabling them to confidently use a modern, cloud-based platform that has been developed to specifically meet their needs, enable legal ops, and make them more efficient and effective,” Farris said.
