AirBoss Announces Appointment of New Executive Vice-President and Chief Strategy Officer

NEWMARKET, Ontario, Feb. 05, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AirBoss of America Corp. (TSX: BOS) (OTCQX:ABSSF) (the “Company” or “AirBoss”) today announced the appointment of Mr. Mikael Fryklund to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer.

Mr. Fryklund has significant experience in the global rubber business, having spent many years at Trelleborg in their NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) division driving significant growth in non-automotive anti-vibration components. Mr. Fryklund has also previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hexpol Group during a period of strong growth and financial performance. In addition, Mr. Fryklund has served as Chief Operating Officer for Inission Group and President and CEO for Enedo Group. He holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance from Stockholm University.
