Dallas-based attorney named among nation’s most outstanding

Johnston Tobey Baruch shareholder and veteran trial lawyer Robert Tobey has been singled out for his exceptional contributions to the legal profession, earning selection to the prestigious Lawdragon Hall of Fame for 2026.

Mr. Tobey, who has been named multiple times to Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Lawyers in America list, was recognized for his litigation expertise.

Mr. Tobey, a former member of the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors and President of the Dallas Bar Association, is Board Certified in Consumer and Commercial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Since 2013, he has received annual recognition from The Best Lawyers in America and D Magazine, and he earned the highest possible ranking of AV Preeminent by the prominent legal directory Martindale-Hubbell.
