Prior to that she held senior leadership positions at Sofina Foods and Weston Foods where she was known for her innovative approaches to leading teams through transformational efforts to reduce costs, improve service and manage supply chain disruptions. Sara has a Harvard MBA and a Bachelor of Mathematics from Waterloo.
