Altus Power Hires Justin Biltz as Head of Policy and Government Affairs

Altus Power, a leading commercial scale solar power company, today named Justin Biltz as its new Head of Policy and Government Affairs. Most recently with Cypress Creek Renewables, Biltz will lead the company’s engagement with governmental bodies, policymakers and regulatory agencies.

While at Cypress Creek Renewables, Biltz served as Senior Director, State Government Affairs. Prior to Cypress Creek, Biltz held various policy positions at First Energy. Biltz holds both bachelor and masters of business administration degrees from Kent State University.
