Leadership Roles in Higher Education
Dr. Stevens-Long built a reputation for intellectual rigor at The University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), which served as the epicenter for her academic studies. During her matriculation, she earned a bachelor's degree, a master's degree and a Doctor of Philosophy in child development and experimental psychopathology, all from UCLA. This educational foundation set the groundwork for a distinguished career in higher education.
From 1985 to 2024, Dr. Stevens-Long served as a professor of human development at Fielding Graduate University.
