(NASDAQ:ALPP), a leading operator and owner of small market businesses, announces that its subsidiary, Alternative Laboratories' (Alt Labs) backlog increased to $8 Million in Q1 2023. This record setting back log represents its highest level since the purchase of Alternative Labs by Alpine 4 Holdings. The Company also saw growth of 10% on its Q1 2023 revenue as compared to Q1 2022.
