ANAHEIM, CA, June 01, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mr. Najib Sare has recently been appointed as Chief Operating Officer, California Career Institute headquartered in Anaheim, California. CEO and Co-Founder, Dr. Rafat Qahoush, made the announcement to the local business community recently. "We are very pleased to have Sare on board with us at CCI. His skillset and expertise in organizational growth have come at the perfect time for our company. We are confident his leadership, particularly in healthcare-related programs, will help us achieve our vision."

As COO since January 2023, Sare has been responsible for all operations, compliance, and financial well-being at the school with programs in licensed vocational nursing, medical and dental assisting, and an Associate of Applied Sciences in Vocational Nursing degree. CCI currently serves the Orange County-Los Angeles County corridor with campuses in Anaheim and Hawthorne.

"I am honored and humbled to be given the confidence and opportunity in progressing and growing CCI to its potential. The organization is driven by a shared passion for student success, from the ground levels to the corporate levels, that is focused on student outcomes and employee well-being. Growing an organization with these strong core values will not only benefit our students but the community in its entirety."

Sare focuses on three parameters to drive education and school success: 1) Compliance; 2) Student satisfaction; and 3) Staff development. Sare said, "CCI is meeting all three benchmarks". He explains further, "Without compliance, your school is inoperable. Student satisfaction is long term whereas happiness is fleeting. The only way to develop student satisfaction is to develop our staff. We are doing that and already seeing benefits". Sare's "Three Parameters" are folded into his vision for CCI as a learning destination and industry leader: freedom. "Freedom from being constrained by anything that is beyond one's control, freedom to decide where to live, where to go, what to wear, what to eat, and most importantly, who you want to be." Sare's philosophy follows that intellectual freedom goes hand-in-hand with financial freedom. The health care education CCI provides to students in the greater Los Angeles/Orange County corridor who come from challenged families is the key to a new life of freedom for many. Sare was brought on board by CEO and Co-Founder, Dr. Rafat Qahoush, to create this vision for CCI.
