(b) On
March 19, 2008, RadioShack Corporation (“Company”) confirmed that William G.
Morton, Jr., a current director of the Company, has elected to retire from the
Board of Directors of the Company and, as such, will not stand for re-election
at the Company’s 2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, and that his respective
service on the Board of Directors will terminate immediately prior to the
2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on May 15, 2008. Mr.
Morton is a member of the Management Development and Compensation
Committee.
