On March 2, 2009, it was announced that Nancy-Ann DeParle was selected by President Barack Obama to
serve as Counselor to the President and Director of the White House Office of Health Care Reform
under his administration. As a result, Ms. DeParle submitted notice on March 3, 2009 to Cerner
Corporation (the “Company”) indicating her resignation from her director position on the Company’s Board
of Directors, effective March 3, 2009.
