     On November 9, 2010, Mylan Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of $800 million aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 6.0% Senior Notes due 2018 at an issue price of 98.450%. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
