On August 5, 2015, Redwood Trust, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 and The Redwood Review – 2nd Quarter 2015, copies of which are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this current report on Form 8-K.
On August 5, 2015, Redwood Trust, Inc. issued a press release announcing its Board of Directors’ authorization to declare a third quarter regular dividend of $0.28 per share, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.3 to this current report on Form 8-K. The third quarter 2015 dividend is payable on September 30, 2015 to stockholders of record on September 15, 2015.
