Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 25, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing its
results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2007.

99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
The Company will state during its third quarter 2007 earnings conference
call that it is continuing its policy of not providing quarterly earnings
guidance but that it is still comfortable with the guidance it provided on July
26, 2007 that it expects that revenues for the full year 2007 will be on the
high end of the previously announced range of $72-$75 million and that it
expects that earnings per share will be on the high end of the previously
announced range of $0.25 - $ 0.30. The earnings per share estimate is before
taxes and excludes stock-based compensation expense.
