On December 21, 2005, Cordia Corporation (“Cordia”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s wholly owned VoIP service provider subsidiary has been selected to provide wholesale Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services to Imperio Movilcom, a subsidiary of Michigan based Alert Communications (Alert).
