Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 10, 2016, Sunrun Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2015. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on March 10, 2016 to discuss its financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2015. The full text of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
