The Registrant’s estimated net loss for the three months ended June 30, 2014 is $215,680 as compared to $103,087 for the comparable period of the prior year. The net loss for the six months ended June 30, 2014 was $382,042 as compared to $160,318 for the comparable period of the prior year.
